Whether the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of smart phones, and the management of health through smart phones will affect the successful aging of the elderly were investigated also. Tried to explore and understand the possible influence of health information technology on successful aging through literature review, and conducted a survey with a self-designed questionnaires which covers five parts of "demographic background and characteristics", "perceived ease of use of the elderly on the use of smart phones", "perceived usefulness of the elderly on the use of smart phones", "health management through smart phones" and "successful aging". Totally 290 valid questionnaires were obtained, and statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA and regression were used on data processing and analysis. The results obtained are as follows: 1.Due to different demographic variables of the elderly, there are some parts of the variables having significant differences in "perceived ease of use of smart phones", "perceived usefulness of smart phones" and "health management through smart phones"; however, some parts of the variables have not significant differences. 2."Perceived ease of use of smart phones", "perceived usefulness of smart phones" and "health management through smart phones " showed that there were significant impacts on successful aging. 3.It shows that "perceived ease of use of smart phones", "perceived usefulness of smart phones" and "health management through smart phone" all of them were able to predict "successful aging". It also shows that health management through smart phones" had much higher predictive power and the percentages of the explained variance than "perceived ease of use of smart phones" and "perceived usefulness of smart phones". 陳信泰 施建彬 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 96 zh-TW
