Students' learning no longer confined to the campus, the ability of observing the ambient things it's becoming important. The purpose of this research was to explore and discuss the effects of Cognition , learning attitudes, learning satisfaction on learning achievement of elementary school students’ field trip. This research's main objects of this study were elementary school students who learned at School Students’ Field Trip. With 400 questionnaires distributed and 599 valid copies retrieved. The returning rate was 92%. Descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment correlation, and Multiple Regression were computed for data analysis. Through the statistic analysis, the following findings were conducted: First, there was a significant differences of some statistical population variables on cognition, learning attitudes, learning satisfaction and learning achievement among elementary school students with different personal backgrounds.Second, the result of Cognition , learning attitudes, learning satisfaction and learning achievement revealed positively correlated. In cognition, learning attitudes, learning satisfaction have positive impacts on learning achievement. Overall, learning attitudes is the most influential factor on learning achievement.Learning attitudes is the key element to the learning achievement of elementary school students.
