Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The research of the thesis investigates the relationship among work meaning,person-organization fit and job involvement and view the mediating effect of the person-organization fit.We use the questionnaires of Studies abroad.The use of convenience sampling method and both of the paper and the electronic questionnaires ways to survey the subjects. 480 valid questionnaires is collected.The results show : work meaning and job involvement have significant positive effect ; work meaning and person-organization fit have significant positive effect ; person-organization fit and job involvement have significant positive effect ; The partial mediating effect of person-organization fit on work meaning and job involvement is supported.
