According to 2011 Taiwan's Top Twenty Multinational Corporations, most of Taiwanese multinational industries are electronic information industries. Researches showed that: supervisors of multinational corporations with high strength of management competencies, such as communication skills, flexible leadership, information gathering, response capabilities and international experience can inspire the performance of local subsidiary and achieve the overall business efficiency (Chenguan Fu, 2006). Therefore, recruiting and training a supervisor with management competencies is an important topic in multinational corporation management. Many studies have focused on the needs for management competencies in high-tech industry, but rarely to study the property of these management competency elements.This study is the using of penalty-reward-contrast analysis (PRCA). Through the comparative analysis of the nonlinear relationship between the various elements of the management competency and the supervisory satisfaction, and then based on three-factor theory , the elements of management competency will be divided into basic factors, performance factors and excitement factors . We’ll see the degrees that elements of management competency influence the supervisory satisfaction. Besides, clustering the samples according the background characteristics of employees and compare the different opinions, can establish the rules of recruiting, choosing , training and promotion for multinational corporation management. . This study was carried on questionnaires. Subjects were employees of a subsidiary of Taiwan's top 20 multinational corporations. 377 samples are valid. Based on PRCA to analysis the property of the management competency elements, and through three-factor theory to explore the impact of various elements on the supervisory satisfaction . In accordance with research results, this study proposes conclusions and substantial suggestions, furthermore, provides recommendations to the management meaning and for future research .
