Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The main purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship of employees’ positive thinking,work value and job satisfaction, and to explore if positive thinking, and work value and job satisfaction could have a significant impact on the relationship. The required data were collected with three sets of questionnaires, “Positive Thinking”, “Work Value”and “Job Satisfaction”. Totally 1,106 questionnaires were returned and 1,038 samples were valid. The valid response rate is 86.5%. For analyzing data, the study conducted statistical analysis including : descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, and linear regression. The main findings were listed as follows: 1.A worker who has positive thinking feels more satisfied with their jobs. 2. A worker who has positive thinking thinks working has value. 3.Employee’s work value has a significant impact on the job satisfaction. 4.Employee’s work value is a meditator in the relationships between positive thinking and job satisfaction. Finally, according to the research conclusions, suggestions are provided for coming researchers for reference.
