It further verifies the moderating effects of work location and annual leave between emotional labor and job satisfactions. In this study, affiliated preschool directors in New Taipei, in Taipei, and in Kaohsiung city elementary school were recruited as the research subjects. Through convenience sampling, a total of 516 questionnaires were sent out, and 331 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The valid response rate is 64.15%. In this study, data analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and analysis of the differences. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant positive relationship between emotional labor and job satisfactions; (2) there is a significant positive relationship between deep acting, surface acting, intensity and job satisfactions; (3) work location has moderating effects between emotional labor and job satisfactions; (4) annual leave has moderating effects between emotional labor and job satisfactions.
