The questionnaires were distributed and 400 copies, 340 copies of questionnaires, the recovery rate was 85%, net of invalid questionnaires were 40, 300 copies of the actual valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 85%. Effective sample descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. According to the research results are the following findings: 1. Perception of organizational politics and psychology well-being significantly negative impact. That is, when teachers of the school feel the higher the degree of organizational operation ,will be lower psychology well-being. 2.There is a significant negative impact between perception of organizational politics and job involvement. That is, teachers of school feel the higher the degree of organizational operation, will be the lower of job involvement. 3. Job involvement significant positive impact on psychology well-being.That is, if the level of job involvement of teachers is higher, psychology well-being will be higher. 4. Job involvement has partial mediating effect relationship between perception of organizational politics and psychology well-being. Noticeable Shows teachers of the degree of perception of organizational politics and psychology well-being will be job involvement the effect of less tends to be negative.
