Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of the study is to investigate the current condition and relationship between perceived work meaning and job stress by teachers in elementary schools in Taoyuan County. Furthermore, we consider to examine whether the social support has a moderating effect between work meaning and job stress.
This study chose survey method. The study subjects were teachers of elementary schools in Taoyuan County. This study collected data from 500 teachers in elementary schools in Taoyuan County for study samples, and recalls 489 questionnaires that include 465 valid estionnaires, and the recall rate reaches to 93%. According to the result of the questionnaires, the following conclusions were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance of analysis, Person’s product-moment correlation method, and the regression analysis in multiple steps.
The conclusions of the research were as follows:
1. Working meaning has a negative correlation to job stress effect significantly. The higher perception in work meaning and the lower job stress by teachers in elementary schools.
2. Social support has no moderating effect between work meaning and job stress by teachers in elementary schools.
