At present, Taiwan is not a comprehensive emergency ambulance fees, so some people as a free taxi use, not only caused serious burden around the fire, and more importantly, when the area are in urgent need of the patient, can not be the first time the ambulance should dispose of this study ranging from the largest national population new Taipei City, the author worked Tarzan fire units located in rural-urban fringe areas, the relief varied and complex environment, this study will be new Taipei City Government fire Department Taishan unit to do research. This study hopes to statistical units within the fire area waste Tarzan case of emergency ambulance waste of resources, to analyze the reasons for the new Taipei Taishan area of misuse of the emergency ambulance resources and to recommend appropriate measures so that the public emergency ambulance resources of the precious nature and effective use of some cognitive principles, and help those in power to design and implement effective management of, this limited precious resources to assist the real needs of patients, while reducing the burden on firefighters for handling business, and enhance the patient to have a better the rescue resources. 王學銘 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 105 zh-TW |
