Communication is the people's daily lives through interaction with each other to reflect the thoughts or ideas,and communicate with each other in the process of mutual understanding.Communication occurs in some cases,At that time in which the communication situation、communication participants、communication time、cultural and personal background,will affect us,all have different meanings to establish. Now managers have many decisions and it’s has a relationship with convey,and convey these information need to rely on communication to achieve their goals and consensus organizations,therefore, effective communication skills is one of the successes of the conditions necessary for managers.  Davis (1985) pointed out that communication within the organization is to provide information,promote mutual understanding of staff and inspire their morale,And to improve their job satisfaction,achieve good organizational performance or individual performance,Therefore, the communication process on whether employees perceived Satisfaction degree will be a key factor to achieve organizational objectives or performance-based Institute also want to clarify the place.The results show significant levels of cross-cultural adaptation,have a positive impact on communication satisfy,employees expressed stronger intercultural adaptability,staff will satisfy the higher degree of communication;from the second model can be learned,significant level of cross-cultural adaptation,have a positive impact on organizational performance,employees expressed stronger intercultural adaptability,organizational performance will be higher;Communication satisfy also reached significant levels,also have a positive impact on organizational performance,the higher the degree of staff communication satisfy,organizational Performance will be higher.
