Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 104 === The main purpose of this study to explore the relationship between institutions within elderly care facilities of life satisfaction of residents understand the basic characteristics of the elderly within the conservation agencies and is associated with various variables, this study Changhua County Conservation Center for the elderly respondents, investigation agency life satisfaction, the survey results and then Han Hui Fan control agencies understand the need to improve or advice of the Department.
This study collected empirical research, Changhua County in 2013 for the acceptance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare evaluation, and 50 more than the number of beds in private long-term care institutions for the elderly, residents in the field by the investigator to make surveys and using SPSS version 12 to discuss various and verification of the relationship between variables.
Results found :(1) Settlers in the background institution, if the old man, elderly spouse, new applications for public funds stay accommodation for the elderly and the elderly poor adaptability, life satisfaction is lower. (2) good interpersonal and elderly participation in leisure activities for the elderly will have high life satisfaction. (3) a high perception of mental health for the elderly, higher life satisfaction. (4) high perceived physical health of the elderly, higher life satisfaction. So elderly care facilities should be directed to senior citizens, elderly spouse, stay at public expense and new features such as check-in, planning individualized orientation counseling program. And the program of activities designed to enhance relationships and leisure activities for the elderly to participate. Finally, it should by management, physical health and mental health of the elderly can be improved. Make life more diversified, improve customer satisfaction.
This study was expected to provide elderly care facilities understand the key factors that affect life satisfaction of residents in order to allow institutions to improve the effectiveness of services, so that work can be more with less care.
