Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 104 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the profile of Job stress, workplace fatigue and the Work-Family Conflict of Taichung City Fire Department firefighters Primary Field, Analysis of different demographic background variable to the job stress, workplace fatigue and the Work-Family Conflict, And to probe the relationship between job stress,Work-Family Conflict, and workplace fatigue as the Moderator. The subjects were 203 filed firefighters serving at Taichung fire bureau. Questionnaire included job stress scale, workplace fatigue scale and the Work-Family Conflict scale. Descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods were used to analyze data and to obtain the following conclusions:
1. Taichung City Government Primary Field firefighters job stress of degree were a little higher than middle degree.
2. Taichung City Government Primary Field firefighters to workplace fatigue were moderate.
3. Taichung City Government Primary Field firefighters to Work-Family Conflict were moderate.
4. Job stress is more likely to have positive influence on work-family conflict.
5. Workplace fatigue isn’t more likely to have certain moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and work-family conflict.
