| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 104 === In this study, The Development of Eight Lmmortals from two target tissue-New North Municipal of Government and Eight Lmmortals,using text analysis to analysis and Discussion of topics for media public relations.After the emergence of the first issue or problem evolved into allegations do Categories,whom is subject to further analysis of its catalytic policy.The part of item response strategy is from issue and ccusation identifying the media response to the crisis should be done without main hope they do clarify or explain.
The results found:(1)For the new North City Hall media fhe first things is focus on policy issues,when events current media focus on issues of major public disaster rescue mechanism,after the incident the media focus on liability issues and subsequent disposal; media accused the new North City government should be done without doing.(2)For the Eight Immortals park events in the current media focus on liability issues,after the incident in the media focus on operational issues norms; Media accused of responsibility for the Eight Immortals.(3)After the issue of the Eight Immortals dust explosion during the event discussion knowing that Coombs and Holladay (2010) four issues catalytic strategies in this study do not apply.(4)New North Government response strategy most commonly used to "deny".(5)The Eight of Immortals most used park response strategy is "shirking".
These findings for future research and practice in public relations executive level recommendations:(1)Increasing the richness of qualitative analysis of samples.(2)Increase research to quantify the data reliability.
