In this study, employees(organization members)rated their perceived authority leadership and moral leadership in T1,while organization members self-rated positive affect, negative affect ,and affect commitment and supervisors rated their employees of organizational citizenship behavior in T2. To enchance the clarity of the casual relationship among variables of the present study ,questionnaries were distributed at two time points. Results indicated that authority leadership was positively related to negative affect ,which in turn increase the likelihood of affect commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. And results indicated that moral leadership was also positively related to postive affect ,which in turn increase the likelihood of affect commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.
