Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 104 === This study explores the interaction between job insecurity and its resultant response (affective commitment and voice behavior): whether employees’ positive and negative affects would have any meditation effects between job insecurity and affective commitment as well as voice behavior. Data analyzed in this study was collected from two sources. By adopting an inter-temporal approach, questionnaires were distributed at two different points in time, and 240 valid responses were collected. This information was examined using various statistical analysis tools, including regression analysis, in order to reveal correlations between the subjects of research mentioned above. The results indicated that when employees had a higher level of positive affect, the correlation between job insecurity and affective commitment was enhanced; on the other hand, job insecurity showed no obvious effect on voice behavior.
