Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 104 === Participating in leisure activities can relieve the work pressure, and the leisure camping activities with the main subjects of parents and children have been the popular leisure activities in recent years. Currently, there are some literature on camping but less relevant researches on the relation between leisure involvement and job involvement of campers. Thus, this research mainly discussed the effect of campers’ leisure involvement on job involvement. This research adopted questionnaire survey and the subjects were 20-year-old people who had the working income and also had ever participated in camping activities. In total, 427 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The data were analyzed using AMOS and SPSS. The research results showed: (1) leisure involvement had a significant positive effect on job involvement; (2) in the aspect of leisure involvement, the background variables with significant difference are the monthly income of campers, frequency of participating in camping activities, expenses in camping equipment, total number of camps, camp seniority, family’s monthly income and members of clubs; (3) in the aspect of job involvement, the background variables with significant difference are age, occupation, level of position, length of service, frequency of participating in camping activities, expenses in camping equipment and family’s monthly income. Based on the research results, this research proposed relevant suggestions.
