The experimental group received the experimental treatment for ten weeks, whereas the control group did not. A nonequivalent pre-test, post-test, follow-up test control group design was employed. The finding showed that the post-test score of the self-efficacy of two groups were not essential differences; the experimental group’s post-test score of career development capacity was higher than the control group.
