Contents of questionnaires were divided into four parts, i.e. Food Security cognition measurement, Food Security Attitude measurement and Food Security Behavior measurement. Collected data were analyzed based upon descriptive statics, independent-sample t verification, paired-sample t verification, variance analysis and Pearson’s correlation analysis. The results show that: (1) There is no apparent significance between a schoolchild’s background variance ( gender and the number of family dining-outs) and the cognition, attitudes and behavior regarding food security; (2) The food security education indeed helps to improve the cognition, attitudes and behavior regarding food security among higher graders of elementary schools; (3) Positive correlation is found in following measurement for schoolchildren’s cognition, attitudes and behavior regarding food security; (4) Those higher graders of elementary schools show high learning willingness to food security education programs.
