| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 設計暨藝術學院碩士班 === 104 === This study is how to transform the historical sites to catering space usage with outsourcing business in Changhua County. Due to Changhua County is trying to revitalize the historic sites for reuse, three sites have been chosen which are managed by Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau in accordance with Changhua County with property entrusted management approach. We hope we can increase the usage rate and the quilaty of maintenance by outsourcing business,and also make people have chances to understand and pay more attention about our cultural assets.
To study the cases of outsourcing business with catering space usage such as 「Changhua City Butokuden」、「Former Changhua second kindergarten」、「Yongjing public school dormitory」and learned about the spatial planning and the benefit of this project. Moreover, we gather the information through the documents analysis, several times interview with the cultural affairs bureau and the operators of the catering space, and field questionnaire for the visitors.
After our researching, we discover that if we use outsourcing business , it can not only help us to maintain the historical space but also to prevent the space become useless. However, we also encounter some troubles such as: 1. The public department and the managers are lack of properly mechanism to communicate with each other 2. The propaganda and event program are not adequate. 3. The renter is short of professional knowledge of history. 4. There is only one plan for all cases and it is not fit in all of them. and, if the public department and the managers want to change this situation, they must take the opinions from the experts and also gather Every related resources. Based on these advices, to develop their own features from the historical space, and then this program can truly help the space from an old and idle one become a modern and bustling place.
