This study is based on the case of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. Through literature review, the research framework is created, and using questionnaire survey, the relationships between the corporate culture, business continuity strategy and organizational commitment are investigated. 150 questionnaires are distributed for the employees of case company and 120 valid questionnaires are returned. Based on data analysis, we find that no significant difference between employee personal property and acceptance of corporate culture. The acceptance of corporate culture does not affect the selection of the key factor about organizational commitment and business sustainable management Strategy. For the results of the above analysis, the managerial implications are in-depth discussed and specific recommendations on the practice of corporate culture are also provided.
