| Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 資訊與通訊系 === 104 === Except for traditional telephone system using PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) and PBX (Private Branch Exchange), we have various kinds of software for communication. However, people, family or business has difference favorite communication software. It results in inconvenient communicating each other.
Therefore, the study is to design a VoIP (Voice over IP) Gateway for integrating heterogeneous communication protocols. The VoIP Gateway establishes the communication tunnel for callee and caller using different communication protocols, such as Skype, SIP and PSTN. We propose the design of cost saving mechanism system. This economizes the cost mechanism and is integrated by SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), Skype, PSTN. In the system user also can liberally establish dialing rules to conform gateway to promote the system operating. The VoIP Gateway can make calls more convenient and save telephone charges.
