Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 資訊工程系 === 104 === Heartbeat is an important sign of human, and the electrocardiogram (ECG) can be used to detect cardiac diseases. Therefore, the accurate detection of QRS complex wave of ECG is very important. However, there is a lot of noise coupling with ECG. Thus, some spurious QRS complex waves usually are detected. Previous studies used specific algorithms to filter out the noise and to reduce false positive rate of QRS complex wave. The purpose of this paper used the body movement signal to reduce false positive rate of QRS complex wave of dynamic ECG. A self-developed Zigbee wear ECG apparatus including a three-axis accelerometer was used to record the subjects’ dynamic ECG and body action. A support vector machine was used to identify the QRS complex wave of dynamic ECG, and the signal of body motion was used to reduce the false positive rate of QRS complex wave. The results show the sensitive and positive predictivity are 97.33% and 99.57%, respectively. Thus, our method could reduce false positive rate of QRS complex wave.
