Using the approach of business model innovation and the Business Model Canvas, proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur, as the main framework, we have outlined several key components of the business model of Dai An Company and strategic decisions that would be useful for the growth of the company in practical business situation. This study used the case study method, with the major amounts of data were provided by the owner of the company.
