First, the defined and quantized strategic goals of J company are organized and listed. Then, the un-quantized strategic goals are defined and their corresponding performance indices are developed with defined formula and required information. Finally, the suggestions for the strategic goals and performance indices are provided. The balanced scorecard is applied to categorize the strategic goals into four phases (total with 18 items) by using the data of J company. 12 of 18 items are un-quantized goals which are defined and their corresponding performance indices are developed as reference for J company and its related industry.
