The application of CPS has swiftly presented and delivered the products and services, and has transformed the business model into virtual and consumption patterns digitized. The main aim of this study is to explore people’s awareness and acceptance of the implementation of digitized financial environment (Bank3.0) in Taiwan. This study used questionnaires and took certain University in the north of Taiwan as a case study. 300 effective samples were collected, and the findings are as follows. First, the clusters of variables from the respondents of the College of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science are higher than other colleges. Second, in terms of “service content”, the clusters of variables from the respondents of the Business College are higher than other colleges. There is no significance difference among the interviewees of different background variables. Finally, there is significance difference among the interviewees’ awareness and acceptance of the implementation of digitized financial environment (Bank3.0) in Taiwan. Some concrete recommendations are offered to policy makers and to those who are interested in the issue.
