Using computer simulation is the main point of this research. And the 632.8(nm) He-Ne laser is used as a light source in these two kinds of configurations that have been mentioned above.
The conclusions of this research are just like the following statements: while benzopyrene in Kretschmann configuration, we will get a better depth from the surface plasma wave resonance angle when copper film is 40(nm), silver film is 53(nm) and gold film is 44(nm). And while benzopyrene in Otto configuration, we will get a better depth from the surface plasma wave resonance angle when copper film is 130(nm), silver film is 260(nm) and gold film is 140(nm).
