Summary:碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 國際企業經營系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The study aimed at understanding of situations in connection with Taoyuan city elementary school teacher’s perceived organizational support﹐teacher’s job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This study is conducted with the questionaires designed based on literature review and related empirical studies. The questionnaires were distributed to the elementary school in Taoyaun city.Then the collected data were analyzed and discussed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher’s perceived organization support on teacher’s teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior, as well as to explore whether or how teacher’s job satisfaction as a mediator between the two. 342 questionnaire were distributed﹐300 teachers returned the questionnaire and the overall return rate was 87.719%. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Teacher’s perceived organizational suppport is positively related to teachers’s organizational citizenship behavior. 2. Teacher’s perceived organizational suppport is positively related to teachers’s job satisfaction. 3. Teachers’s job satisfaction is positively related to teachers’s organizational citizenship behavior. 4. Teacher’s job satisfaction have mediating effect between teacher’s perceived organizational suppport and teachers’s organizational citizenship behavior.
