碩士 === 中原大學 === 應用數學研究所 === 104 === As modern technologies advances, internet electronic devices and network communications are more and more common. As a result, everybody has a hand-held device available and can access the internet anywhere. No matter one is using a notebook computer, a tablet or even a smart phone, one can almost do anything with these devices. For example, one can look up a map on his device and find out the current location where one is located and the destination that one is heading to. And one can also have the route to take planned on the device. Thus how to carry out tasks done in our daily life conveniently is the goal that we would like to achieve. By using HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Mobile, SharePoint and also Alpaca, we can complete our goals which are listed as follow: for reports and decisions that we cannot complete in time at the office, we can have them done in no time by using the system that we design, running on whatever devices that we have available. HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery Mobile are popular languages and tools that a lot of people are using to design their web pages. And SharePoint is a collaboration platform that a lot of enterprises use. Alpaca is a library that combines HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery Mobile which help programmers to be able to design electronic forms more efficiently. In this report, we will use the languages and tools mentioned above, and with a couple of our own ideas, we are able to design a system that can remind us of our unfinished office job through SharePoint. And by using our hand-held devices, we will be able to receive and react to decisions that enterprises made, helping users to complete their jobs more quickly and efficiently.
