Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 104 === Recently, the development of WOLED lighting is being noticed. Furthermore, the development is focused on high efficiency, high color rendering, long life-time, large scale production, and so on. Besides, it is important to improve the efficiency of WOLED. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is to deal with this idea. The aim of the thesis is to undertake the production and to figure out the property of Hybrid WOLED. In the research we combine the yellow phosphorescent and the blue fluorescent to produce Hybrid WOLED. In order to make WOLED more efficient, we use the interlayer structure and co-host emitting layer to improve the efficiency of WOLED. First , we find out the emission intensity of WOLED with interlayer can be increased 40% more and the efficiency can be 25% more than the WOLED without interlayer at 1000 cd/m2. Second , we find out the efficiency of the co-host emitting layer WOLED is 50 lm/W at 1000 cd/m2 and it is two times more than the single-host emitting layer WOLED. From the experimental results we can know that the co-host emitting layer can improve the efficiency of WOLED without increasing the structure. Therefore the co-host emitting layer can be very helpful to the development of WOLED.
