This research used case study, collection of Case Company report maintenance demand to do review and analysis of historical data. According to this research analysis, Business-oriented and Individual-oriented for the type of maintenance, use of resources, satisfaction, timeliness has significant differences. Conclusions and recommendations of this research, in academic research provides empirical data allow researchers to do application of academic and reference; In practice, contribute the industry to enhance the use of limited IT manpower, the reached the highest production efficiency.
