Purpose of this research is to analyze the differences between demand-oriented how to influence the type of maintenance, use of resources, satisfaction, timeliness, and to explore how to effectively meet maintenance requirements and the most savings resources, and the development of report maintenance management strategy, allowing efficient use of IT resources. This research used case study, collection of Case Company report maintenance demand to do review and analysis of historical data. According to this research analysis, Business-oriented and Individual-oriented for the type of maintenance, use of resources, satisfaction, timeliness has significant differences. Conclusions and recommendations of this research, in academic research provides empirical data allow researchers to do application of academic and reference; In practice, contribute the industry to enhance the use of limited IT manpower, the reached the highest production efficiency.
