Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 會計研究所 === 104 === “Smart Factory” is the most popular subject discussed by the world’s industries in recent years.Governments and international companies are promoting Smart Factory actively.Manufacturing as the economic pillar of Taiwan are facing two major challenges.One is the rise and impact of the “Red Supply Chain” from Mainland China.The other is the gap of labor force due to the lower birth rate is increasing yearly. To help overcome the difficulties in manufacturing,Taiwan Government decided to promote “Producitivity 4.0” project to assist the construction of Smart Factory in industries,in order to create the advantages in manufacturing of Taiwan. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) as a method of analysis in this study, the analysis of weight relationship between each measure dimension and evaluation criteria and to explore the key success factors in promotion of Smart Factory in Taiwan automation equipment industry. The study results showed that "Establishment and Integration of related technologies " and "Enhancement and Training of Quality in Human Resource " these two major dimensions of the total weight value of 66.6%. In promotion of Smart Factory in Taiwan automation equipment industry,business decision-makers should be consideration as a top priority level.
