Enterprises have to consider the interests of all stakeholders in business operations, in order to achieve the corporate social responsibility. Also have to implement the connection of corporate culture while in the process of business succession, to achieve the mission of corporate sustainable operation. The study found that corporate culture will guide the operational policy in all the levels of business infrastructures, also form a common faith and reinforce the core values for employee, to help enterprise create the future value in business. The corporate governance established by the Board of Directors, will help the corporate culture succession in enterprise. And the corporate ethics established by the high-level managers, will help the corporate culture implementation in business operations. The implementation procedures of corporate culture will includes the faith of enterprise creator, supports from the Board of Director, the strategic plans form high-level managers, and the implementation by all employee in enterprise. Expected benefits of study results are including: the corporate culture and business operations closely integrated to create sustainable business value; to regulate the behavior of new employee when the rapid growth of organizations, and enhance the efficiency of cultural fusion; through the case study will learn to combine "universal values" with corporate culture, to enrich the breadth &; depth of culture, and attract talent to create enterprise competitiveness.
