Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 104 === In this work, six novel carbohydrate-based primary amine organo-catalysts bearing multiple hydrogen bonding donors were designed and sythesized for aldol reaction of cyclohexanone with isatines. Catalyst cat-5 catalyzed the asymmetric aldol reactions between isatin dervativers and cyclic ketons with good yields ( up to 89% ) and enantoselectivity ( up to 96% ).
