Many country have gradually establish the standards of relevant safety and compatibility testing .When the test laboratory performing the relevant safety test items of charging station, the tests often failed and the connection often disconnected. It failed because the compatibility of component specifications between the software system and hardware equipment of different electric vehicles and different charging systems . Considering the communication time between electric vehicles and charging systems, this study investigated the relevant components which can affect the communication time and established a mathematical model to minimize the communication time between electric vehicles and charging systems using design of experiments.
