In rapid progress of techniqual improvement, the improvement for touch display production technique is an important target. For providing lighter and thinner needs of the touch type electronic products to present market consumers, the integration type touch pad (On-Cell Touch) technique is applied in the TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display). The touch circuit is designed to hang on the TFT-LCD glass surface of front-panel. This design not only has the best optics performance but also can be applied on the Tablets and the Ultra Notebooks. Polarizer lamination technique is applied in the manufacturing process of touch panel. While the top polarizer is laminating, it gets in touch the glass surface which is touch circuit film layer. Therefore, the poor purity in the surface of touch pad will cause the circuit become short and the open damage while conducting. and dark point with POL particle damage defect in display Pattern. The touch polarizer lamination process is always the difficulty to overcome and to improve during electricity measurement. This research uses the DOE method (experiment design method) to look for the optimization parameter and to find out the optimization production condition. For reducing the abnormal conducting of touch circuit from the poor purity in the surface of polarizing lamination. Meanwhile it ensures to be able to reach the request in the quality of the touch pad manufacturing process and measurement ability and to provide the products with stable quality. According to the experiment results, the low clean speed matches high DI water pressure, air knife temperature, low lamination speed, lamination pressure, and lamination gap can effectively promote the purity in the surface of a touch pad, as well as can reduce the bad quality of electricity measurement and bad appearance in the touch pad manufacturing process.
