Description
Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 === 104 === This paper applies PID control theory in bicycle gear automatic transmission control; improve the accuracy of the transmission gear, allowing the rider's bike with less effort and improved safety. Today mainstream sport in Europe, America and many other countries, not just as a sport bike, but it is as commuting Jiaotonggongju sports equipment and exercise, but also to achieve energy savings. But the biggest problem for many people riding gear bike is riding a bicycle cannot be determined at the time to adjust to that a gear shift to an optimum condition, is unable to determine to choose variable speed reached only a few rides to save energy and movement security, such as: should the uphill torque adjusted to the lower position to facilitate the uphill, downhill and will be adjusted to the higher torque of the position to reduce downhill speed. In addition to the long, long-distance riding is also possible due to poor physical strength, but the action does not cause injury. Thesis by practical design verification system to a bicycle pedal based on the number of rotations, the use of proximity switches to detect the number of turns in bicycle pedal a fixed time, and microprocessor control unit for receiving the proximity signal transmitted by the switch to PID control theoretical drive DC motor to automatically adjust the transmission gear bike, bike can indeed reach when traveling in the automatic transmission is designed.
