Summary: | 碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 數位媒體設計系暨媒體與遊戲設計研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among junior music teacher's leadership, alto recorder learning attitude, perceived value, and junior student’s music accomplishment. The study was conducted with junior high school students through a questionnaire survey. Out of 425 students surveyed, a total of 417 questionnaires were returned and considered valid. The findings were summarized as follows:
(1)Teacher’s leadership is positively associated with perceived value of student.
(2)Teacher’s leadership is positively associated with alto recorder learning attitude.
(3)Different leadership styles have significantly different effect on music accomplishment.
(4) Perceived value has positive influence on the alto recorder learning attitude.
(5) Alto recorder learning attitude is positively associated with music accomplishment.
(6)Teacher’s leadership has positive and significant effect on music accomplishment, which also supports and confirms the mediator role of perceived value.
(7)Teacher’s leadership has positive and significant effect on music accomplishment, which also supports and confirms the mediator role of alto recorder learning attitude.
