Summary: | 碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 電機工程系暨研究所 === 104 === This thesis proposes a method for K value (The ratio of resonant inductance and magnetization inductance) design that achieves a high efficiency and small switching frequency variation LLC resonant converter. The K value affects the conversion efficiency and the switching frequency variation of LLC resonant converters. However, the determination of K value of an LLC converter is usually based on empirical rule. There is still no systematic and efficient method to find out an appropriate K value for the converter design. Therefore, the purpose of the thesis is to develop a systematic method to determine the K value for looking after both conversion efficiency and switching frequency variation. Eventually, a K=5.073, 24V/10A, LLC resonant converter is completed, and the experimental results show that the conversion efficiency(full load) is 93.7% and switching frequency variation(from l0% load to 100% load) is 7 kHz.
