碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 醫療暨健康產業管理系碩士班 === 104 === Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the nursing home nurses and personality to develop education. Methods: Qualitative interviews with the main respondents to the nursing home operators, competent care and nursing staff. In terms of personality traits as interviews with five personality scale basis, thereby to identify the extent of the nursing staff in nursing homes should have the personality traits. In education to develop, the way directly to the in-depth interviews to obtain nursing home nurses needed to develop education programs to provide schools as curriculum design. Results: In this study, a total of nine respondents, including two managers, four nursing supervisor, three nurses, in terms of personality traits, with respect to the main hospital in the medical life, giving nursing home is based life-based, supplemented by medical services, compared to hospitals, nursing homes nurses must have more extraversion, openness, emotional stability and affinity and other characteristics; but prudence is slightly lower. Develop in education, offer appropriate resource assessment, communication skills and other related courses. Conclusion: This study provided to the nursing home director of nursing at the time of the selection of the reference, in order to find the right nursing staff to improve the quality of care residents.
