Average every cleaning staff needs to serve nearly nine hundred people. In addition, the operating environments are also potentially many harm factors. Such as Physical hazards, chemical hazards, biological hazards and human factors hazards, etc. Therefore, this research to enhance the Taichung's cleaning staff awareness. Reduce occupational accidents for the purpose of cleaning staff. In this research, through the job site observation to understand the cleaning staff practices of clean team in Feng Yuan District, Longjing District, Taiping District and maneuvering area these four districts in Taichung. By job safety analysis and risk assessment methods, etc. To understanding Taichung cleaning staff job potential hazards, reduce the level of clean job risk and recommendations exclusively Taichung's trash and recycling standard operating procedures. In this research, through a questionnaire survey about Taichung cleaning staff security awareness, health conscious symptoms situation and safe hygiene practices. Valid questionnaires of this research is 175 people, Recovery is 35%, Questionnaire credibility is Cronbach’s α 0.8245, the average work seniority is 13.1 years. Security cognitive average correct rate is 83.3%. The statistics showed that the majority of the cleaning staff has been engaged in the clean-up operations for a period of time and for safety at work have certain awareness. In addition, nearly 6 to 8 percent of the cleaning staff has eyes, respiratory tract and skin discomfort condition. But nearly 8 percent of the cleaning staff after left the workplace, Symptoms of discomfort will get slowed. Represent that the cleaning staff symptoms and workplaces are closely related. In addition, through the chi-square test to comprehension the cleaning staff belong cleaning team, education extent, seniority and job title of the work whether there are significant differences in safety awareness. Chi-square test results found that education level and job title of the cleaning staff are have significant relationship with Security Cognitive options prevent noise protection measures (p <0.05), and with belongs cleaning area team have significant sexual relationship (p<0.001). In addition, Security cognitive options apart from excessive force or improper posture which will hurt, Thermal Hazards, when disinfection personnel operations should wear what kind of protective masks of their district team, education extent and work positions have significant sexual relations (p<0.05) outer. The remaining options have no significant relationship (p>0.05). Among, Part of the work seniority and domestic scholars study results are consistent. Seniority does not affect the safety awareness of cleaning staff. In this research, conduct personal sampling of bio aerosols against Taichung and Keelung for garbage removal staff. Results of the analysis showed total fungi and bacteria in air concentrations are TNTC (Too Numerous to Count). Estimate the sampling time is too long, resulting in excessive collection of fungi and bacteria. Also represents garbage removal personnel are indeed exposed to fungi and bacteria operating environment. Recommendation garbage removal personnel should be changed regularly and cleaning of personal protective equipment and cleaning work, or change the way to fixed type collection of garbage removal.
