Team. .based learning strategies which take advantage of the team as a learning process, self.motivated learners to learn professional knowledge,develop communication skills,specutate ability and at. .titude to deal with the problem,so the study will be imported to the team.based learning in nursing continuing education. Methods: This study uses quasi experimental design,is expected to close the case of the experimental group 45,control group of 42 people, comparison between classroom teaching and team oriented teaching and research tool for the multiplechoice questionnaire test, lesson plans, learning satisfaction questionnaire, including indicators to assess the effectiveness of teaching written before and after the test results,direct observation of operational skills, learning satisfaction questionnaire after data collection SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze the effectiveness of profiling. Results:Continuing education to learn TBL intervention readiness, memory retention level, average scores are signifficantly improved, mostly due to the technical practice and thus enhance the technical familiarity, no sufficient evidence to show the impact of the TBL skills of nursing staff in the course average satisfaction was 90.3%, significantly TBL shown to be effective after the intervention to stimulate the nurses to enhance learning motivation, selfreadiness before class learning and memory retention.
