It's Prospective observational study. This study Setting were those Marathon runners racing around Xinshen Park, they were in different parts in 24-hr and 48-hr.The Marathon runners who raced around Xinshen Park were divided into two groups. The one group completed 24h marathon, and the other completed 48h marathon. Main Outcome Measures: The blood samples were dependent on acute Kidney Injury and Acute Cardiac Damage. Use Bioscan920II measurement to detect the body composition .We sampling three times for this study. The first time is the 7 days before the Marathon, the second time is runners just arrival to the destination, and the third time is after running 1 hour. We evaluate the Acute Kidney Injury and Acute Cardiac Demage from these runners blood specimen. We measure the Bioscan920II. The samples which after running 24h Marathon had 45.5% chance to come up to the Acute Kidney Injury. On the other hands, the samples which after running 48h Marathon had 38.9% chance to come up to the Acute Kidney Injury. There is no chance to come up to the Acute Cardiac Damage for 24h and 48h Marathon. Although there is no hurt for Acute Cardiac Damage, the Cardiac Index still increase. When it comes to the fat parts, the 48h group members can consume more fat than the 24h group(81.39mg/dl:69.91mg/d). The mass of body and cells were decreased. Both of the 24h and 48h groups were all present the symptom of the Rhabdomyolysis. Compare with the 48h group, the 24h grouphas the more Dehydration for every 8hrs(36.4%〜54.5%:22.2%〜38.9%). Moreover, there were no groups to meet the standard of cardiorenal syndrome. This study found a ultra marathon runner body cells change, most harmful to the body, solid results could provide one of the key future ultra marathon medical personnel to note and remind the players in the game how to care for the body.
