When the first study was conducted to develop a six-axis rotor type UAS-based, the Program development can be completed before this set of topographic survey study of six-axis control system rotor-type UAS. The results showed that a telemetry of UAS tools was applicated in Kaohsiung Tianliao moon world landscape park topography.The flying heights of the research was fixed 80meter above ground; and aerial operate with following conditions: previous image overlap by 80% , lateral images overlap by four cases, 50%, 65%, 80% and manual flight (overlap was irregular). When the accuracy of ground control point in a good condition, the telemetry results will be good without getting photos POS. This analysis showed that 12 control point error was less than 6.1cm, 7 check point errors was less than 8.1cm. Whether it is the control point or check point , can obtain the minimum average root mean square error at manual flight and does not contain POS operation. In the case of a properly flight control, the manual flight operation can get the similar result as automatic flight analysis.
