Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === This study focuses on exploring the relationships among organizational culture, educational training and job satisfaction. The differences and interactions of them are mainly discussed in this research. For the data collection, 200 questionaires are distributed among secondary teachers in six private schools in Kaohsiung. 170 questionaires are received, in which 170 are valid. The effective response rate is 85%. For the data anlysis, SPSS18.0 for Windows is implemented for the descriptive analysis, T-test, One Way ANOVA, and regression analysis in this study. The conclusions are listed as follows: 1.Secondary teachers have relatively higher job identification, whereas they are looking forward to the improvement regarding the rationality of the management style, job allocation, payment, and the workload. 2.Secondary teachers under 50 or having 5-20 years of service consider that educational training courses could be enhanced with more professional skills in teaching; however, they have higher expectations on the arrangement of both the lecturers and training courses. 3.Secondary teachers’ feelings and needs concerning organizational culture and job satisfaction vary based on their year of service. 4.Secondary teachers are more satisfied when the organizational culture is in higher hierarchy. 5.The quality of educational training has positive impact on secondary teachers’ intrinsic satisfaction. The better the educational training is, in terms of the lecturers’ performance and professional knowledge, the higher satisfaction the secondary teachers have. 6.The organizational culture has positive correlations with secondary teachers’ professional knowledge, work attitudes, and lecturers’ performance. 7.Secondary teachers’ intrinsic satisfaction has positive correlation with the organizational culture and the lecturers’ performance on the educational training. 8.Secondary teachers’ extrinsic satisfaction has positive correlation with the organizational culture and the educational training of work attitude. 9.Secondary teachers’ job satisfaction has positive correlation with the organizational culture, the educational training of professional knowledge and work attitude, and the lecturers’ performance.
