In recent year, climate obnormal sometimes cause catastrophic and harm economic development of the countries. Therefore risk management and prevention become the important issues for the government and the enterprises. The property and Casualty Insurance industry had better have good regulations of concentrating the risk management and prevention for climate change. The objective is to provide better services to their customers, apply the risk management concepts to the operation process, take the dominant position, and achieve better performance.
The enterprises need to implement the organization reengineering. The reengineering will help the enterprises with enhance the operation of the enterprises and managerial effectiveness. The change of the organization will also increase the effectiveness of the operational process. There is one of the important issues of the enterprises that the application of IT information to reduce operational processes, reduce manpower and operational cost in order to gain the best opportunities and competitive advantage for the sustainable development of the enterprises.
The reengineering of Z Company contain marketing systems, channel strategies, and operational process to enhance effectiveness. The objective is to reduce cost, create better profit and efficiency for the sustainable development of the company. The company and the employees would be able to gain win-win situation. NCA new contract staff systems are the important strategy for the development of the company. The important performance is not only to reduce cost but also to simplify the manpower and operational process and to use existing salespersons to explore present markets. Therefore, the NCA new contract staff training systems have three stages. The objective of first stage is cultivating senior marketing consultants. The professional courses contain basic professional courses, advanced professional courses, operational courses, and so on. The objective of second stage is to cultivating the marketing director and the managers. The cultivating human resource courses contain professional courses, operational courses, and managerial courses. The objective of final stage is to cultivating area / department managers. The organizational development courses id professional courses, operational courses, and managerial courses. The schedules will cultivate high-quality human resource and help new contract staffs with career planning and cultivating skills courses.
In addition, IT operational system of Z Company add monitoring system (Avaya) and recording system (IL-1000). The new systems provide NCA new contract personnel systems with monitor function, enhance the internal service quality, help with internal and external communication by marketing and channel supporting platform. The supporting platform also enhance the employees’ performance, increase the better communication, and reduce the business errors.
The establishment of NCA new contract staff, SDA marketing and channel supporting platform, and CPC concentration operation center help reducing the operation process and achieve the key performance. The evaluation factors are from key performance criteria such as cost, quality, service, speed, and so on. The IT information application will increase effectiveness, and toward paperless, increase the function and ability of the systems, and allow users to interact more closely with the employees of the company. The performance of NCA new contract staff system is growing from NT 51,799,582 in 2010 to NT. 54,808,903 in 2015. It’s glowing year by year. The NCA new contract staff systems have excellent performance in competitive business environment.
In addition, the operational process will enhance effectiveness such as increasing service quality, trust, security, and in-time system, etc. The reengineering of operational process needs the company’s teams to focus on business systems and strategies. Therefore, the performance will enhance, and it also create win-win situation for the company and the employees.
