Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === When the organization is equipped with the conditions of education and training and complete training system, there should be another set of system performance evaluation, training of staff, and provision of education and training to understand whether the investment of the organization in education and training have good feedbacks or whether the staff improved and have grown after training. The results found that male members have higher learning results than female members in education and training. In addition, male members have higher self-development, and social service learning motivation than female members. This result is consistent with the society’s expectations on men in the workplace setting. It is conventional for the majority to think that males should have more superior performance than women in the workplace which push men to be more active in training activities to enrich themselves. In addition, the duties and responsibilities of men including the livelihood of his family, and social responsibilities is higher than females which shows formation differences. The contents of the courses, learning environment, service quality and results under the “effect of education and training courses” can help predict work performance and satisfaction. This proves that the higher the learning levels of the union members in the vocational training performance, the better their work performance. The result of this study is proved to be consistent with the previous studies. The more the members learn and absorb knowledge and skills from the training program, the more effective the training is which would lead to better work performance for the members.
