Besides the space of pancreas have cover with others organs, It will increase the difficulty to check this disease. When the symptoms have found as it is terminal cancer, and it have very high risk to be death. Previous treatment mainly with surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy to fixed this problem. In recently years, many types of cancer immunotherapy have been developed to enhance autologous immunity to raise the patient’s survival percentage. For this research would like to understand when PDX-1-Cre , LSL-KRASG12D transgenic mice take compound chinese herbal medicine JC001 might have some changeable for mouse cancer symptoms, and their immune function in mice have changed. According the result, according to the 7 weeks old mouse pancreas weight and pathological section have shows pancreatic did not have significant difference. Research the mice in 12, 24, 40 weeks of age, the team did not have JC001, their pancreas weight were slight light with the group have JC001. From the pathological section can shows quantity pancreatic duct and the degree of fibrosis were lower. On the other hand, from Immunohistochemistry Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO-1) , T-cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain-3 (TIM-3), Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) can also be observed on 12, 40 week-old mice feed JC001 constituency were not significant difference. Besides, at 7 weeks of age group have feed JC001 constituency in the lower part of the performance amount. Epithelial mesenchymal transition, EMT related factors N-cadherin, alpha smooth muscle Actin (alpha-SMA), Snail Family Zinc Finger 1 (Snail-1), Zinc Finger E-Box Binding Homeobox 1 (ZEB-1) will reduces the performance for feeding JC001. Which is means feeding JC001 can help mice to reduce their symptoms. For the pancreatic cancer clinical application will be another choice to method of treatment.
