| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === The research on local aging and resource integration is to study the distribution, the accessto, and the use of community resources, and the community-based care for the elderly as well as other related issues. This thesis takes the Hsinchu County Zhubei Chu-I aera Community Development Association, as an example, based on the data collected from the association on her service in caring for the elderly, and makes the use of the resources available from the Association. The thesis tries, from three facets of view points, i.e, the industry, the government, and the academia, to analyze how to acquire the resources to take care of the elderly, how to allocate them, and how to use these resources, in order to understand whether the domestic community geriatric care resource allocation meets with the overall integration, and of application fficiency.
In this study, firsty to understand the community development model from the literature in the elderly care and then focus on the ways to acquire the elderly care resources, policies and methods and the use of resources, as the basis for this study, as well as related research proposals. Secondly, take qualitative research methods case study. Get themes for research from government records, civil society organizations, associations, and other documents, with in-depth interviews to obtain data, research and analysis, and finally discuss the coding and content analysis, and gradually establish the conclusions and recommendations of this study.
Conclusions hoping for the allocation of domestic resources of community care for the elderly, access to, and use of the subject, about getting old with the assessment community care resources can be effectively utilized to observe whether the research topics and meet no literature to explore this issue of defects, and as a future government resources and community-based care for the elderly one of the reference distribution.
