The study probes into the overall linear relationship among the pressure caused by organizational change, job uncertainty, job stability, and work performance, applying the method of regression analysis to review the collective data. The study evaluates the anxiety level of the subjects of the study, current personnel of financial institution in New Taipei City and Taoyuan- Hsinchu-Miaoli area, and receives 383 valid questionnaires and proceeding statistical analysis, and the reality after the organizational change are set forth. The results point out that the pressure caused by organizational change has significant positive influences on job uncertainty; the pressure caused by organizational change has significant negative influences on job stability; job uncertainty has significant negative influences on work performance; job stability has significant positive influences on work performance; the pressure caused by organizational change has significant negative influences on work performance.
